Why are we here? Who are We? If you were to look into your wallet/purse, you could doubltlessly find your Identification (your Drivers License, School ID, etc), but that only tells you your name: Who are you? Are you here on purpose, or is this all just some sort of cosmic accident?

The bible teaches much about the subject of purpose and identity, and we are spending six weeks (starting on April 4th) looking at what God tells us about our identity; who we really are. Join us as we discuss this most important subject.

April 2010, is our Grand Opening month, and we want to invite you to join us for our services this month; as we look at our identity in Christ.

Crosspoint is a community that exists to see people far from God, brought close to Him. Expect to find a group of regular people: people with flaws and imperfections, seeking to become more and more like Jesus. We are regular people, and wear regular clothes: if you want to dress in a suit and tie, go ahead. If you want to wear flip-flops and shorts, go ahead. Our church is multi-generational, multi-racial, and is accepting of all peoples.

We are all recovering sinners, and do not expect you to have “it all together” before joining us for a worship service. Come as you are, but please Come.

We strive for authenticity, we are not about putting on a show, or acting like we have it all together: we are real people who have real problems, and trust in the life-changing power of God to meet us where we are at. Our doors, and ears are always open and accessible: we are believers all the time, not just one day a week. Seeing the need for a radical culture shift in our society, we seek to be the catalyst of change in our modern world. We are committed to meeting people where they are at and bridging the gap from our culture to God.

We will not stand for business as usual or the status quo, God desires men and women who will follow him with radical faith. We contend for God’s promises for our lives, and watch as God does the miraculous in our midst. We believe that Jesus is the same today as he was in Biblical days, and gives us the power, through the Holy Spirit, to see the miraculous in our lives, today. (Hebrews 13:8)

Welcome to the Crosspoint Website. Thank you for checking us out. We want to invite you to our grand opening service on Easter Sunday, April 4th, 2010.

Our grand opening service will be a great place to find out about us, and maybe even about yourself. We will begin a 6-week series starting on Easter Sunday called “Identity,” and we’d love you to join us as we celebrate God, and our grand opening together! We are starting at 9:00am with an Easter Egg hunt for our kids and Kids Zone (including a two-story bounce castle), Service begins at 10:00am, and immediately following the service, we will be having a Family BBQ. You are welcome to bring a favorite dish to share, or just come to enjoy the BBQ with your family.

We look forward to meeting you! If you have any questions about who we are, or what to expect, please contact us. Our full website will be up and running by the end of the week, and will tell you much more about who we are.

We are a family church, that has a big heart for the next generation. We have Kid’s Church classes (Called “Treasure Island”) focused on teaching children from the Cradle to 5th grade, and a Mid-week Youth Ministry (called “The Point”) whose emphasis is our Youth from Middle to High-School.

We are an open community of believers that exists to see people far from God, brought close to Him. If you are new here or considering a visit, we welcome you!
